    I am on the same plot. Chicken breast, rice, egg whites..I also do eat pasta with stout free ragu sauce. It’s filling and 8g of stout, 8g of protein per pound is pretty excellent as long as you are exercizing. You could even do an extremely low stout chicken parm if you experiment a small. Thanks for your video.

    I remember the first time I met you when you said you had lost a lot of weight. I was like “What is he doing to lose weight?” Now that I know I reckon I’m gonna try it. I’ve been tryin to lose weight ever since I started college and I kept thinkin i had to spend hours at the gym, but your diet and exercise plot seems really simple and I’m certainly gonna try it.     Man you go live/raw too cause it works. But that’s hard and takes a lot of work to stick with. As long as you get the results you want, keep doing it.

    I’m so glad I found this video. I have been also on a lifestyle change (I despise the word diet!) for a small over a month now and I have lost 20 pounds so far. I eat everything that you eat minus the diet soda and I only eat brown rice. I have also found some other carbs that are high in fiber and very excellent for you such as oatmeal, sweet potatoes, and beans. I have added these things to my menu and I am never hungry. I eat 5X’s a day and try to exercise 5 days a week. Much more success to you!

    To be honest I FORGOT TO PLACE THAT DOWN. I drink that EXACT Tea as a regular part of my diet. It’s soooooo EXCELLENT!

    I notice a major difference. You look very excellent. I wish you lived where I lived, we would go to the gym. I have no to go with. :-( . Soda is not excellent for you. I drink the Lipton Diet white and green tea.

    Losing alot of weight too quickly is VERY unhealthy but… to each his own…

    Very excellent advice. I’m also trying to lose and to me rice is essential. Don’t forget WATER! Especially if you’re working out. Also, Watermelons are both filling and refreshing during the summer.

    I stay away from Red meat and alot of starches..but continue to eat my rice and pasta occasionally, drink a hek of alot of water. stay away from sugary drinks take a vitamin everyday and drink OJ or some kind of juice at least once a day… I go to the gym 4 or 5 times a week and kind of take a break on the weekends..I dont over do it but I have a sweet here and there, I keep my veggies and fruits organic as well..Lost 50lbs in about 7-8months so far…still going
