@dillon822 yes but not the commercial frozen burgers full of chemicals and dead enzyms

meat is really excellent, we need it to power our brains, we need the essential fatty acids and real protien. its how we evolved….

I happen to view your video, and was kind of impressed by your work. Fantastic job! Try to watch my video thanks~~

well before it was high, i even had to go to the hospital cause i was having an anxiety attack because of it and that made it worse…it was around 160/100, but i bought a juicer and read up on veggies that are supposed to lower HBP and it has worked…i juice celery, asparagus, kale, carrots, beets, cucumbers. chard, broccoli, spinach, and other weird stuff i can find at a farmers market…not necessary all together. worth a shot cause regardless all that stuff is really healthy anyways

  • Desolator1:

@amphaynes how long did it take you to drop your blood pressure to normal? By juicing you mean drink a lot of juice or eat a lot of fruits or both? What was your earlier BP? 115/73 is superb BP! Well done! Hope to get somewhere close to that soon…

  • amphaynes:

@Desolator1 ..i am 28 in the exact same boat, weight 178, 6″1 and workout including a lot of cardio…my HBP is caused by anxiety, but i dropped my medicines and took up juicing it has worked wonders. now my blood pressure is pretty consistantly at 115/73 or so.

  • Desolator1:

hmm fascinating, I have 138/82 wich is a handicap level for a 20 year ancient physicly active guy. My organs like heart and kidneys are in perfect shape and I don’t smoke or drink or anything like that. But I despise fruits, barely eat any at all but I do like vegetables. Doctors have no thought why I have HBP and I despise ANY kind of medication yet I am cused to use BP pills for the rest of my days. Looks like I will give fruits a try, hopefully I can get better…eat balanced food people

Do your research, not everyone can get vitamin d that way. The mechanism can becom disordered. Also, supplemental vitamin d is a excellent treatment for some problems, including at least osteoperenia (sp), EVEN in folks who get lots of sun.

  • emzirek:

Vit. D is free = sunshine. Calcium shouldn’t come from milk as that is the incorrect kind of calcium. Get the right kind they way cows do, green leafy foods.

Teeth are bones and once they are in your mouth they really can’t be strengthened. As a baby, teeth are growing new and if a baby eats only raw food from an early age, their teeth will be very strong for life. Taking care of your teeth as best you can should be all you should worry about. You can’t really change them, save for keeping them healthy by proper hygiene.

  • emzirek:

Your body recycles most of the protein and you do not need a lot each day. Tomatoes have plenty and they have more than mothers breast milk per serving.

I started taking Levodyn because i was keen to bring my blood pressure down without resorting to prescription medicine. i have been taking it for less than 4 weeks but have already noticed a change. Before taking Levodyn my blood pressure was 152/86, it is now 128/76. i am really impressed.

  • happilylil:

i started taking Levodyn and it’s really fantastic. i really felt fantastic since i started taking it.

  • NYCman530:

Doesn’t a diet like this lack enough protein?

  • bigpinkears:

Protein breaks down into basic amino acids when you eat them. Fruits and vegetables are chock full of amino acids. Since they don’t occur in the more complex protein that needs to be broken down by the digestive system before your body can use it to nourish and repair tissues, you get the benefits much quicker from eating raw fruits and vegetables.

Man, just try it for *yourself* for 90 days. 100% raw vegan. And make sure that you use a website such as fitday to count nutrients.

Don’t look for theories. Form your own theoriez. These raw foodists are scientists forming their own theories and they look young, healthy, and excellent. Also, check out “The Protein Myth” it’s here on Youtube!

  • 5977theweave4321:

Thanks for you comment. I’m Joe, the guy in the video. Your right about milk. I will not drink any ever again.

  • chrisminnicks:

Wonderful. Just what we need is a paranoid scientist. Ironically you’ll probably end up working for the government that you say is trying to kill us all.

  • chrisminnicks:

He’s not talking about his ass? I can’t argue with a dull mind. And by doing research I assume you mean to find the same crackpot conspiracy theory information that led you to these brilliant deductions in the first place. I’ll pass.
